Announcing a return of the Life Drawing Sessions. A series of 6 classes over 6 weeks where we will be honing our skills and ability to see the model proportionally and interpret our seeing into six different media approaches. The class numbers are small to assure technical guidance.

Beginning with the humble charcoal and journeying through traditional and contemporary mediums such as watercolour pencil, monotyping and pastels and the beloved PanPastels with the inimitable Golden Acrylics as grounds, paints and mediums.

​

Underscoring these explorations will be the technical/intuitive aspects of composition, proportions and anatomical relationships. This is a unique journey where I will be sharing many tips and secrets for making Life Drawings that are satisfying and alive with experimentation.

PanPastel Demo and Still Life

mini Workshop

Spend a delightful 1.5 hours with local Artist/Educator Turiya Bruce whilst she unfolds the delightful marriage of PanPastels with Golden Acrylics Grounds. Then with all your inspiration draw from a beautiful Spring bouquet and create your own still life on the Golden ground of your choice for 3 hours!

Gel Plate 2

Announcing a new workshop with Monotyping using the lovely Gelli Plates and Golden Acrylics on Sunday, September 16th at my home studio in Ocean Shores.

We will commence at 10 am sharp and complete at 4pm. 

​

We will explore the possibilities of printing and collaging with tissue paper and printing directly onto fabric with heat setting paints. So you can transform your artworks into Cushion covers, hangings, quilts etc!

​

Small class and an all day morning tea. Byo lunch to share. $130 inc all materials.

$30 deposit!
